Pontis Capital Management LLP is the Initiator and exclusive Investment Advisor dedicated to the ‘PCI - Pontis Bridging Finance Fund’. Pontis Capital Management is responsible for the origination, due diligence and management of all the loans.

 

The fund is based in Luxembourg under the management of Pure Capital SA, and is open for qualified investors only.

 

The members of Pontis Capial Management have a comprehensive mix of expertise with backgrounds in Investment Banking, Portfolio Management, Chartered Surveying, Property Valuations, Property Development and direct activities as a Bridging Lender.

Christian Erb
Partner

CE has extensive experience in capital markets and investment banking. During his 20 years in the industry, he held a number of senior managerial roles at both ABN AMRO and RBS. At RBS he was responsible for both  Global Equity Derivatives and Global Equity Trading managing over 600 employees.  Christian has been actively involved in Bridging Finance both as an investor and business partner for the last six years and co-founded Pontis Capital Management in 2018.

Simon Levene
Partner

SL is a Chartered Surveyor and RICS registered Valuer and Business Valuer. He is the Director/CEO of Levene Chartered Surveyors since 2000.  His business covers both residential and commercial properties while at the same time he also manages an estate agency. A substantial part of his valuation activities currently service the bridging finance market. Simon has also been part of developing several large commercial projects in London.

Richard Wientjens

RW has a strong financial and risk-management background as a top performing Equity Derivatives Trader and Portfolio Manager in the banking and hedge fund space. Richard initially got involved in Bridging Finance as a personal investment. This has evolved into co-founding Pontis Capital Management, to open up this opportunity to other investors and build it into a robust and investable asset class.
